US agree in principle to framework for withdraw; Senior Taliban Official
Deputy Head of Political Office of the Taliban Abdul Salam Hanafi said to ILNA correspondent that in general principles, United States has agreed to withdraw their forces from Afghanistan.
Asked about U.S. peace envoy for Afghanistan Zalmay Khalilzad denied Taliban's official comment about U.S Full withdraws from Afghanistan, he added, "Contradictory statements have repeatedly been issued by them, and we have repeatedly said that Americans have agreed to withdraw their forces from Afghanistan."
"In the latest round of peace talks between the U.S. and Taliban, we discussed about two issues; First Washington withdraws from Afghanistan completely and second Afghanistan will not again harbor terrorists to carry out attacks against U.S benefits."
Abdul Salam Hanafi said consider that progress in this field paves the way for Afghan Dialogue. "Once the foreign issues of Afghanistan are resolved, we will enter into dialogue with all the groups of Afghanistan to settle internal conflicts."

The seventh and latest round of peace talks between the U.S. and Taliban is "critical,'' said Taliban spokesman Suhail Shaheen on Sunday, the second day of talks with Washington's peace envoy Zalmay Khalilzad in the Mideastern state of Qatar, where the militant group maintains a political office.
The agreements are also expected to provide guarantees that Afghanistan will not again harbor terrorists to carry out attacks worldwide. The talks began on Saturday and are expected to continue into the next week.
