A senior Iranian lawmaker said on Sunday that Iran sell its oil now and we don't let the dream of America and its allies to come true.

Speaking to ILNA news agency, Ali Adyani, a member of the Iranian Parliament's Energy Committee said that the United States is trying to put hurdles on Iranian oil sales, but we will sell it in a variety of ways.

Referring to selling 2 million barrels of Iranian oil to Chinese companies, he added that unlike those who think we cannot sell oil, we sell our oil and US cannot force Iran oil exports to zero.

"We know a lot of ways to sell oil and have experience in this regard," Ali Adyani added.

Washington, aiming to cut Iran’s sales to zero, said all sanctions waivers for those importing Iranian oil would end this week. Iran says this will not happen, although its officials are bracing for a drop in supplies.

Tehran, however, announced that it would continue to sell its oil, regardless of US pressure.

Exactly a year after the US pullout from the accord, US President Donald Trump signed an executive order imposing sanctions on Iran related to iron, steel, aluminum, and copper.

On the same day, Iran announced its decision to partially discontinue its 2015 nuclear commitments.
