The pressure has had direct and adverse effects on the lives of Iranian people; Political Science Professor told ILNA news agency in an exclusive interview.

John Colarusso, U.S Professor Anthropology said that people always suffer from the conflicts in which their leaders are engaged, in all nations and throughout history.  It is not fair, but it is the way of nations.

He pointed to Iran reduce its commitment to the 2015 nuclear deal and added "Iran will lose whatever sympathy and support it had with the remaining signatories to the JCPOA. This would not be in Iran’s interests."

Asked about how Iran can overcome sanctions, he said "I do not know.  Perhaps setting priorities for essential but scarce commodities might help in the short term."

U.S Professor talks about Iran's recent unrest and stressed "US statesmen about Iran's internal affairs are part of the politics between the two nations."

"Internal interference usually means that there are active agents at work within a country.  So, I would say that this is not interference," he added.
