Iran Parliament to discuss nuclear deal implementation

Iranian Parliament (Majlis) nuclear committee will discuss a Foreign Ministry report on nuclear deal - implementation of Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)- reached between Iran and world powers in 2015.

'This report was published and distributed among members and the nuclear committee will discuss it,' Spokesperson for the Iranian Parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Hossein Naqavi Hosseini said on Friday.

He said that eighth Foreign Ministry report on implementation of JCPOA was received on time on January 16.

The MP described the Foreign Ministry report as a good one and said the US hostile measures to prevent the implementation of the JCPOA has been explained in details in the report.

Iran Parliament established a 15 member committee to review the text of the nuclear agreement after it was reached between Iran and G5+1(US, UK, France, Russia, China plus Germany) in Vienna in 2015.
