Why workers vote for Rouhani?

"Abutorab Fazel", Media activist in his interview with ILNA, stating that living condition is the principle fact of the workers’ living and is going to form their political behavior, said: "Workers are going to vote for president Hassan Rouhani in order to keep up with these 4 years of improving their living condition." 

"In the issue of living condition, in addition to wage, matters like welfare, pensions and supporting packages should also be considered. It’s natural to expect workers to take preventive measures, if they feel their living condition is in danger" he emphasized. 

Fazel added that according to statistics, during Former President’s "Mahmoud Ahmadinejad", employment rates were near zero while the era witnessed high foreign currency income and laws and regulations were passed in favor of social welfare. As such there were expectation in leap toward better living condition for workers." 

Worker activist underlined that during Rouhani’s term as president, inflation rates became under controlled, which is a tangible and considerable achievement for workers’ living condition. The period also witnessed high rates of employment and the pension funds is also revitalized and further become protected." 

"These factors can contribute to the fact that workers are willing to vote for Rouhani in current situation" he underlined.
