Iran's top former military official warned ISIS of any offenses against the country.

In reaction to ISIS newly released video, "Mohsen Rezaei", Secretary General of Iran’s Expediency Discernment Council in his Instagram account addressing the extremist group wrote:

"First of all, you are on the run in every where, so in case you become engaged in the smallest offenses in Iran or against Iran’s interests outside the country, wherever you would be in the world, we’ll follow and punish you for the wrongdoings".

Rezaei emphasized that the hardship being received from Iranians, would be far more bigger than your defeat in Aleppo and Mosul where "because of people’s presence didn’t get your deserved retributions."

ISIS reportedly releasing a new video in Persian language has threatened Iran.

The 36 minutes video which is titled "Fars amidst yesterday and today" features the group threatens attacking the country on the baseless and unfounded claims of persecution, abuse and maltreating Iranian Sunnis.

ISIS allegedly claimed that from the beginning of revolution, Iran has persecuted more than 18 thousands of the country’s Sunnis. According to the video, Iran is using persecution as its preferred choice in eliminating the Sunni population in the country.

The footage also condemns the Islamic Republic as an un-Islamic establishment which has been modeled based on western governing systems.
