Tehran and Washington mutually want to get JCPOA revived: Expert

An expert on international relations has said that there is a mutual desire by Tehran and Washington to revive the JCPOA.

Noting that Russia is reducing its oil exports to the European countries; Ferydon Majlesi said that to compensate for the consequences of the war, Russia is selling its oil at high prices on markets that were Iran's share.

Underlining that Iran can create diversity in the entire energy markets dominated by Arab countries as an energy producer and customer country; he added that in the absence of Russia, the west isn’t satisfied that the entire energy markets have been dominated by Arab countries.

The former diplomat referred to the mutual desire by Tehran and Washington to revive the JCPOA and said that Iran has chosen the path of diplomacy regarding the JCPOA that was achieved through exchanging concessions.
