Rouhani hopes peace and stability in Syria

Iran's president congratulated the Syrian government and people on the occasion of the National Day of Syria in a message.
Addressing the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, Hassan Rouhani expressed confidence that by using the great capacities and capabilities of the two countries, valuable steps could be taken to establish peace and stability in the region, establish regional cooperation, and expand mutual relations in all fields.
He asked God Almighty for President al-Assad's health and success and the well-being of the Syrian government and nation.
