An official of Iran’s Chamber of Commerce (ICC) said many of the U.S. sanctions are repetitive and its main reason is psychological warfare.

A member of ICC, ali shariati told ILNA news agency that United States want to show that situation in Iran becomes more critical every day.

"They want to place Iran on top of the world news, which is considered as a professional diplomacy."

He added every business firm must assume itself as an embassy and each goods is to be an ambassador. If North Korea had strong exports, it would not have been necessary to endure U.S. pressure. "Export is a best way to be present in the international arena."

"Washington always wants to isolate Iran, and today, our main plan is to confront it," shariati said.

On June 25 US President Donald Trump said that the sanctions were imposed on Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei to block the access to his financial resources. According to the US president’s decree, the access to the financial resources of representatives of the supreme leader's office will be blocked.

The sanctions will be soon imposed on Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and eight commanders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

Iran's president has responded with defiance to the latest sanctions imposed by the US, saying they show it is lying about wanting dialogue.

Hassan Rouhani said the measures against Iran's supreme leader unveiled by President Donald Trump on Monday would be "useless" and denounced US plans to target his foreign minister.
