Iranian private sector on top of list for Syria reconstruction

Syrian Ambassador to Tehran Adnan Mahmoud said on Sunday that Damascus has put the Iranian private sector on top of the list for Syria reconstruction.
He made the remarks in a meeting with the head of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA) Gholam Hossein Shafei.
In the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on ways to refurbish the Syrian economy as well as reconstruction of the country.
Grounds for expansion of economic, industrial, mining, agriculture and joint venture investment of Iranian companies are well-prepared, the Syrian ambassador said.
Shafei, for his part said the two sides should make plan for Syria reconstruction.
