Sanctions prevented Iran to use of Eurasia's trade capacity

The head of the Iran-Russia Joint Chamber of Commerce stated that sanctions had prevented Iran from utilizing Eurasia's capacity.
Referring to the positive effects of Iran's economic agreements with Eurasia, Hadi Tizhoosh Taban, the head of the Iran-Russia Joint Chamber of Commerce, said: "Due to sanctions and some incomplete necessary infrastructures, including the Rasht-Qazvin and Rasht-Astara railways, the union's capacities were not used properly."
He added: "By completing the north-south corridor (NOSTRAC), we can have a good change in the field of transit."
